My 1 year free Apple TV subscription not working???

I have apple Tv free for one year after buying a phone but i can no longer watch a show or any earlier epidosdes i have watched today without subscribing.

iPhone XR, iOS 13

If I understand you correctly, you are part of a Family Sharing group, where one of the group members activated their offered subscription. Do verify with them if that subscription is still active. Do verify if you are still together with that member in the same group.

Did you redeem the offer and subscribe? It is not automatic.

Did you receive a confirmation email about starting the Apple TV+ subscription?

Check your subscription status in your subscriptions overview. See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

Are you still signed for the Apple TV app with the Apple ID account that has the subscription?
