IPad 7 Stuck on Apple Logo

My Ipad randomly turned off when I was on it, and then the apple logo turned on. Every few seconds it will return back to the black screen and then repeat. I don't have a windows PC or Mac Computer in order to connect it to iTunes. I also tried holding the power and volume/ home button and it still does not work. I was wondering what I should do since I can't take it to any Apple stores currently during the pandemic.
