Can’t Buy Things
When I’m trying to buy an in-app purchase, it keeps telling me “Verification Required” and that I have to verify my payment method. I have $10 on my itunes gift card so I don’t understand that.

The system is likely attempting to verify that it is actually you using the account.
How much is the in-app purchase? Are you allowing for any local sales taxes added in the final steps of the purchase?
