Can you provide details on what fan issue you have - is it running too loud? Too slowly and the MacBook is getting hot? When did you notice this?
To find out if you have a software issue, open Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor and check if your CPU usage is around 100% most of the time. If so, check the list of apps taking up most of the CPU time and end that task.

I ran spindump on my system and found that my fan rpm is 6435. At the time of testing my fan speed I wasn't even using any application. My system has slowed down by a great degree. There are no overheating issues. But the fan is really loud and my Mac is so cool, there is zero heat. I did not install any third party app to control fan speed thinking it might do some internal damage. Please help me to resolve this issue. I have watched several YouTube videos from past couple of days but nothing worked.
