this accessory may not be supported

Hi 👋

I have an iPad mini and this afternoon I plugged in in to charge and a notification pops up saying that “this accessory may not be supported” I tried dismissing the notification but the iPad won’t let me. My iPad is also refusing to let me into it so I can’t go into settings to fix it

I think this may be because there are certain restrictions on the iPad but as I can’t get in I can’t change them please help
