I can't open my mail app

I don't understand why, but since I changed my sim card for a while and then put back my usual sim, my mail doesn't want to open. I am checking daily my mails from my Iphone and now I have to do it from my laptop. The problem is that, when I open the app, is asking me to select one of the mails providers, then I select iCloud, and then, when I log in, it shows me a message telling that "This iCloud account has already been added to your Iphone". I delated the app and download again and the same. Why I can not access to my email? I don't understand and is essential to me. (I am adding a screen shot of what is showing me when I open the app)

Hi Mimiteh,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with your iCloud email. It sounds like you are trying to add the account and receive the message that the email is already added.

Deleting the Mail app and reinstalling it was a great step. Did you Restart your iPhone at the same time?

Have you checked to see if an iCloud account is inside Settings > Passwords & Accounts?

What happens if you are switch on Mail in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud? Are you signed in with your Apple ID?

Hi! Thanks for reply alex_h1. Yes, I tried a lot of things before asking for help here, included delating and install again Mail app. At the end, I sort it out. It was way more simple than I thought but I would never guess without help. My problem was that I have iCloud mail option "off". So the solution was exactly what you say at the end " switch on Mail in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud? Are you signed in with your Apple ID" ;P
