Ipad pro 2020 dead space

I just got my iPad pro 2020 11 10days ago, and now i need to return it to get a replacement. Have any one faced huge dead spot like mine? (Refer pic).


i only noticed it after i got my pencil few days back. So angry and sad actually. Never had issue like this. The technician told me also is his first time. There are occasional dead ‘spot’ but never like mine...

If the issue cannot be resolved with a forced-restart, you should seek a warranty exchange.


To force-restart your iPad:


  • On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
  • On an iPad with Face ID: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
