How do I stop Apple from deleting items from my online bag?!

I mean, this message shows up: "Some of your items are no longer available. Please review your order and select another product." How do I keep Apple from deleting my bag's contents for two months or more?! I also can't call; I don't have a phone.
That normally indicates that whatever item you added to your bag is no longer being sold by the online store. They stopped carrying the item. You need to pick something to replace it, perhaps a different brand, or remove the item.
