Microsoft Intune & WIFI Profiles

WIFI profiles created using SCEP and CA root certificate. We have devices deployed to MS Intune through Business Manager and BYOD, enrolled manually. Both enrollment types use the same profiles. This issue only happens on devices enrolled through Business Manager, the BYOD enrolled manually devices work fine.

The device receives all certificates, but wont' connect to the WIFI. You can choose the certificate within the identity under the WIFI connection and the WIFI will connect for a little bit, otherwise, is just spins and never connects.

The profiles were working fine for 6 months and then the business manager deployed devices stopped working. Microsoft says corrupt WIFI profiles, but asking for another review as all BYOD (iPhone) enrolled devices work fine, 100% of the time and they are using the same profile.
