How can I merge multiple files in multiple folders withe the same name

Hi all

Weird questions. I have 20 folders which I downloaded from google drive, it separated the one drive into loads of folders each sharing the same sub-folders but with different files. What I'd like to do is find a tool that can sort all the files for me into one area and placing the files in a shared folder with others so basically merging all the fields together if another folder is found with the same name. Happy to purchase an app if this is needed. Is there anything like this out there?
