How to spot a fake Apple pencil for iPad 2020?

In my local ads website there is someone selling a „new & sealed” Apple Pencil for iPad 2020.

They even post some pictures and I can see the serial no.: GQXCHTHJJKM9

After checking this serial no, I got this messages:

Valid Purchase Date
A validated purchase date lets Apple quickly find your product and provide the help you need.
Telephone Technical Support: Active
Your product is eligible for complimentary telephone technical support.
Estimated Expiration Date: July 22, 2020

Contact Apple SupportRepairs and Service Coverage: Active
Your product is covered for eligible hardware repairs and service under Apple’s Limited Warranty.
Estimated Expiration Date: April 22, 2021

So, this seems to be a legitimate Apple Pencil 2 for iPad 2020.

What risks do I have buying it?

If the seller does not offer me the original receipt can I still send the product to warranty/service in case if the Pencil will have problems?

Thank you!

To be assured of a new and fully warranted device, you should only purchase from either directly from Apple - or from an Apple Authorised Retailer.

Beware of other sources, in particular online auction sites, as provenance cannot be assured.
