I have ordered 2 2nd Generation Ipad Pencil from my rewards points from my Bank Navy Federal. They told me to get in contact with you to ask for an exchange for 21 1st generation pencils. I have both the tracking numbers for the product

I was wondering if I can receive a label to return them.
