If the Adobe software came with an uninstaller and it is 32-bit, then you won't be able to conveniently uninstall that older Adobe software. Most of the important Adobe applications are now on a monthly, or annual subscription model.

Depending on your history of Adobe application usage, you may be able to replace the Adobe applications with 64-bit, non-subscription applications with much of the functionality present. See the Affinity professional products: Designer, Photo, Publisher, which are available on Mac, Windows, and iPadOS. The Mac versions are in the Mac App Store for $50 each (less if on sale). The Affinity site has free trials available.
