Yes, it is part of the general transfer process—>Transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.

The one important factor is health data are not included in computer backup unless you make an encrypted backup. If you do choose to back up to your computer and you check Encrypt Backup (or if it was already checked) make sure you know the password, because you can’t restore the backup without it. Health data will always be included in an iCloud backup.
