Bypassing activation lock

How can I get apple to help me bypass the activation lock. I bought a second hand Iphone 7 from someone and they dont remember their icloud password.

Apple will not help you. They will help the previous owner with their password. Have them see the following or have them contact Apple support. If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
