when i FaceTime it’ll go to poor connection instantly and then says reconnecting and sometimes it won’t let me send messages or receive them even when i have internet. why is this? it gets very annoying and it causes me not to be able to ft people

Hi,
It that WiFi based Internet or access through your Carrier's service ?
If it WiFi via your LAN what else is using that LAN (Anyone playing on an X Box one for example) ?
What speeds are you supposed to get and what are you actually getting ?

through my carriers service. and no one else is on the internet other than me and i usually get a good amount of speed and lately there is no internet and won’t let me send text or receive them or the facetime calls with drop
