how can i get my phone repaired

i was trying to send my phone in for a repair but it told me to turn of find my iphone but i cant because my phone is broken

You can simply remove your device from your iCloud account and that would disable Find My iPhone. Here's how: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201441
