How would one safely and effectively clean that inner speaker mesh on AirPods Pro as recommended by this article? The reason for cleaning is that the Active Noise Cancellation on my Pros has become super weak.
The "how to clean" article says "Clean the microphone and speaker meshes with a dry cotton swab." yet, that clearly won't remove earwax from the holes.
Please advise.

How can a "dry cotton swab" clean the gunk out of the mic screens? Spoiler alert: it can't.
So how would one safely and effectively clean these mesh screens on the mics on the AirPods Pro?
Thanks for pointing that out. I used a lint brush on the mic screen and it seems to have worked well on the mesh. I didn't notice that part of the manual earlier.
