I bought some Apple EarPods from Amazon last month For my wife and now The left ear piece isn’t working. How do I get with a refund or replacement? Amazon site sent me to Apple for support instead of offering returns or replacement.

Also try a full reset:
If you still want to return them, try Amazon returns again. They are normally pretty good about accepting returns for any reason.
