How to remove black box when (Tab) key is pressed

Understand as part of full keyboard access, but whenever I press the tab key, a black box will appear and surround the column or row. Is there anyway to turn off the “black box” or make it disappear?

I’ve checked my settings and both zoom and voiceover are not turned on. It’s not a big issue per say but its just driving me crazy in terms of how I want to use the iPad. My current configuration is a iPad Pro (2020) + Magic Keyboard
