I have connected two 390 Samsung Series 27" Curved C27F390 monitors to my mac mini (2018) and at every startup the mac mini does not show any display. I have to hard restart mac mini every time to show the displays. I use HDMI to thunderbolt cables. How do I fix this issue?

Thank you, but I only have the Bluetooth apple keyboard. The keyboard only connects after some time when starting up the mac mini. Pretty frustrating. Is there an alternative?
Most any Logitech, windows or cheap-o USB keyboard will work to enter startup commands.
