OTP numbers not showing on keyboard text.

One time password OTP verification, does not appear on my keyboard but I receive my OTP message to my phone. It’s Iphone 6s, 13.3.1 version. please check the below screen shot and let me know your comments. Thanks in advance.

When I try other way to receive otp on my my iphone 6 is dead and when i try to login in from my new apples device it asks for otp sent on your devices.and when i try other way to receive otp on my phone number it shows too many attempts. kindly help [Re-Titled by Moderator]
