my iphone 6 is dead and when i try to login in from my new apples device it asks for otp sent on your devices.and when i try other way to receive otp on my phone number it shows too many attempts. kindly help

If you do not have a trusted telephone number configured for your Apple ID (where you can receive two-factor verification coces), then you are probably headed for account recovery:
