I’m not getting otps and not sending any sms for registering phone pe.

Register an eSIM on iPad I currently using a wifi + cellular iPad Air, i purchased an eSIM and had to register it so it would be valid, the problem is, i can’t receive any OTP at all, i checked my messages but nothing is showing up. It would be such a waste if i bought this iPad with cellular if i cant even use the function at all.

When I try other way to receive otp on my my iphone 6 is dead and when i try to login in from my new apples device it asks for otp sent on your devices.and when i try other way to receive otp on my phone number it shows too many attempts. kindly help [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Make sure correct number has been inputted, if it is report the issue to your phone carrier, sms is their feature.
