Digital Crown not working, stuck in water mode!

Hello, I have an Apple Watch s4 44mm, Digital Crown stopped working after I went for a swim.

Now it is stuck in water mode. Can not do anything. I tried to clean under warm water many times. Tried to run out off battery and then charge it again. Tried to reboot. Nothing works.

How do I remove water mode and fix the Digital Crown. Thank you for helping me.
