Disabled iphone 6s

My iphone 6s is disabled and not connected to wifi. How do I connect to the wifi internet? I have tried "find my iphone" but it just says "All devices are offline". itunes can not find my phone because it's not connected...This device will be erased when it connects to the internet" so because of this I'm in a catch 22 situation & I can not erase my phone! Have tried contacting Apple support, but they were as helpful as an ashtray on a motorbike! Please, please can someone help me. I am severely disabled wheelchair user and rely on my phone.

If the phone is disabled you will need to connect it to a computer by using a cable (the phone charging cable with the power adapter removed) using the following instructions: If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

Connecting a disabled phone to wi-fi isn't possible and won't help.
