Battery health drains faster

Hi i want to ask what can i do to avoid reducing my battery health? I’ve been using this phone only almost 9months.

That's one of the worst efforts that your battery can do.

Weak signal (or no signal) forces the phone to continuously search, and undoubtedly weakens the battery, which must be recharged more frequently. And since battery health is measured in charging cycles ....

How about your network coverage, does it affected your battery health? Mine, i have really poor connection at home. So does it affect my battery health?
