iPhone Storage

I’m paying 2.99 a month for icloud space and my iphone is saying my storage is full I don’t understand why!

Because you are paying for space on Apple’s servers. iCloud storage is not in your iPhone, which can never have more space than it had when you bought it. iCloud storage is for syncing data from your phone to other devices and for backups.
