Face ID

My Face ID stopped working about a week ago, I have updated the iOS, restarted my phone several times and I can’t set it up again. It keeps saying move iPhone higher, then lower, then higher etc. after a while it says move closer. Cleaned camera etc, still can’t get it to work.

Face ID My Face ID has stopped working on my iPhone X. It suddenly would not recognize my face so I reset it and it just keeps telling me to lower or higher my phone no matter what I do. I have already verified I have the most up to date ios and I have done several hard resets and nothing seems to make a change. Are there any other ideas?
