I have a message saying that my account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, but looking into it the only reason I can find is my bank account or payment information, which I checked and my accounts are fine, my payment is not, but I cant change it because it says my account is disabled?

This link says: "There might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file. When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.”
