I have Spectrum TV, how do i record programs with the Apple TV Remote?

The Apple TV itself does not record or store media. You would need to be subscribed to Spectrums Cloud DVR service and use their app to initiate and access those recordings. If you are having issues or are unsure then you can reach out to them for assistance.
