Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I turned off my phone yesterday and when I turned it back on it froze on the Apple start up logo. It has been like this for almost 24 hrs and I’ve tried the “hard reset” I was told to do but nothing has worked. I just bought this phone in November and not sure what to do.
