AirPods Pro popping/static noise...again

I have had a problem with both my airpods making this popping noise in noise cancellation and transparency mode. I got this issue resolved my left AirPod by purchasing a new one but the same thing is happening to my right one now. I would not like to buy another one. Any help would be appreciated? Yes I did reset my AirPods and they are on the latest firmware

Airpods pro crankling sound. Its been a year since I bought my Airpods Pro. They didnt have any problems until this week. Whenever I use them in the noise canceling or transparency modes the right airpod makes a crankling noise and when using the noise canceling or transparancy modes, if i touch them to change the music or just adjust them, they just make a loud weird beeping sound or just crunching like sounds. I really dont know what to do and I hope that this is an software issue. hope that anyone can help me about this.

AirPods pro making clicking and popping noises while transparency/noise cancelling is on about a month ago I noticed that my AirPods were making obnoxious clicking and popping noises whenever they moved a little bit, or there was impact like when I am running. I tried resetting them and using them with different devices and still had the same results. The noise sounds physical and was wondering if there is anyway to fix.
