Apple tv on ipad

Hi. I am currently based on Iceland. I recently bought an iPad Pro. Wanted to try Apple TV app but it doesn’t work. Please help.

Unfortunately, Apple Media Services in Iceland are very limited at this time.

Availability of Apple Media Services - Apple Support

No iTunes Store movies, no Apple TV+.
