Hi there, I have an Apple Music subscription, but I want to purchase the songs I downloaded, to be able to play it on other devices (My car system). When I go to iTunes store on my Windows computer, it does not allow me to purchase songs that I have downloaded from Apple Music. It indicates “Play” as it already appears in my library, but is not accessible for transfer onto an external device such as an SD card or my old iPod. How can I purchase the songs?

What you can do is right click on the song and 'Open [it] in iTunes Store.' From here you will be able to purchase it.
Add and download music from Apple Music or buy music from the iTunes Store
