My IPad charger is starting to heat up when charging even tough I’m using Apple products designed for my IPad.

the element is heating up when charging it And it isn’t holding a charge.

No..the element heats up when my IPad is on and charging at the same time. As I stated, it doesn’t hold a charge either. My older one is much better than this one just out dated!
