Unwanted App has Account Access to Apple music activity and media library

Thanks for getting back to me. This is a strange issue for sure. Since it doesn't show access anywhere but in iTunes on your Mac I'm wondering if resetting the iTunes cache will help. Try resetting the cache in Advanced preferences next. This article can help guide you to performing the reset. Change Advanced preferences in iTunes on Mac. After resetting the cache quit iTunes and restart your computer. Then test it again.

If it's still happening try logging into a different user account on your Mac and test it there. If you don't have another user you can create one for testing purposes. Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac

Thanks for posting on Apple Support Communities. From what I gather you were using a third party app called TuneMyMusic and now you want to disable it from accessing your Music library. I see that you've already tried disabling the access but nothing changes. Have you tried removing the TuneMyMusic app from your computer? How to delete apps on your Mac.

Once you remove the app I suggest quitting all open applications and restart the computer.
