I watch

My screen just went blank. I tried charging. I can hear it beep when I touch it but it won't come on. Any suggestions?

My screen goes black unless I press the crown button I have reset I watch and turned brightness to always on but screen stays black unless I press the crown button. I have done a hard reset and it did not fix the problem
