ipad onscreen keybord suddenly shrunk to iPhone size mid-use today. Rebooting does not fix. Updating to newest OS does not fix. any ideas?

Zoom out with two fingers over the keyboard, as you would do to zoom in webpages etc. This should make the keyboard full size again.
