I didn’t pay for apple music on time and decided to pay 2 days later. Now it’s set up and everything but my music won’t sync. And once i click on “Playlist” it just says “loading library” but it won’t load anything.

Thanks for posting on Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you renewed your Apple Music subscription two days after payment was due and now your library won't fully sync. First thing I would make sure is that Sync Library is enabled on your device. You can verify this by tapping Settings> Music> Enable Sync Library. Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music. If your library is still currently updating you should see a message at the top of the Library tab in Apple Music.
