Battery is swollen!??

Battery is swollen while i have just replace one year ago. Cycle now is just 13. Whether battery has technical error for replacing free?

Make sure to have a good backup, then stop using the laptop and disconnect the charger from the laptop. Then take the laptop to Apple to get an estimate for the repair. You should check with Apple to see if you qualify for any of the free Apple repair programs (some are publicly acknowledged and others are secret).


Charge Cycles do not really indicate battery health. The only time the Charge Cycle Count matters is when the number of cycles is nearing 1,000 cycles as that means the battery is well used and may be nearing its natural end of life.
