My iMac won't stop trying to connect to an unknown bluetooth device (shows as Mac address)

I've got an Apple Keyboard, Trackpad and a Logitech MX master connected by BT.

The Mac is trying to connect to another device - just identified with a MAC address - and that seems to be killing the connection to the others when it's doing it.

Because it hasn't connected I can't forget it...

The Mac address is 4971b70e6917 which doesn't show up on a search. I've switched off everything in the area I can think of that might be using BT.

Rebooted (should have done that before) and it's no longer there.

I've had some problems occasionally where the trackpad and keyboard would keep dropping out - I'd wondered if the BT in the iMac was failing but now wondering if it was this rogue device trying to connect.

What's odd is that it wasn't showing up in 'other devices' on my iPhone so it's only the Mac that was seeing it.
