The case has difficulty charging my AirPods

I purchased my AirPods on December 20th, 2019 but I did not add the apple care to it. From the start, the case would have difficulty charging my AirPods and I tried everything the website has said. So my question here is whether Apple can do anything since the AirPods have been used for only a couple of months, or whether I would need to purchase a new charging case entirely?

Hello,


If the AirPods were bought on December 20th 2019, the AirPods would be under the one year warranty, as long as they were bought new and the purchase date is registered correctly. Check here: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support.


How to find the serial number: Find the serial number of your AirPods


If the AirPods have an incorrect purchase date, you can contact Apple Support by phone to get it corrected, with proof of purchase: Update your proof of purchase


Make sure you've tried all these steps: If your AirPods won’t charge
