Back to former installation

Please help. After installing Catalina many, important apps don't work anymore... I desperately want to go back to Mojave ... F.i. Photoshop CS 6 is out of order now.. So stupid when I'm forced to buy a monthly contribution.... I want to go back ! Looking forward for your help! Thanks in advance
