i have subscribed to itunes match for many years, and love it, i'm considering subscribing also to apple music, family plan.
if i do subscribe, will me whole family be able to access all my matched music, as well as apple music?
No. With an Apple Music family sharing plan each of you gets an individual iCloud Music Library. Content isn't shared between them, although it may be possible to share playlists so that a playlist of Apple Music content made by one user can be added to another's library. See Create and share Apple Music playlists - Apple Support. Uploaded content in your match library isn't going to be available to other family members. Note also that iCloud Music Library may exclude content purchased by a different Apple ID.
