how do I remove it

Thank you for your reply. I rebooted the computer and then was able to move the warning to trash and cleaned trash, it is now gone
What "warning window?" What is the warning? Where is this app located on your computer? If the app is currently running, then you must Quit it before you can remove it.

I received a warning about an app will damage my computer and am instructed to move to trash but when I try it won't go to trash the warning window reappears
