Someone has hacked my phone

Over the Last few days , my phone number has been stolen I’ve had transactions done on PayPal and now I’m getting lots of emails of various companies anybody have any ideas on how to clear this virus or hacker out my phone

What to Do?

If it were hacked, it would likely be a jailbroken iPhone. It is not your iPhone that is hacked, but rather the iOS.


So...


  • Contact Apple Support:

Go Here: Verify Unfamiliar Charges - Apple Support

For Financial Assistance, contact Apple Support. These are user-to-user forums. We are not Apple.  Apple barely reads these site on their own time, as it is. Here is the information for contacting Apple Support:

Apple Phone Support:


  • As for PayPal:

contact them, seeing what can be done on their side. As for you credit card - contact you Financial Institution - see about getting a new card (for safety)


  • Modifying your Credentials:

Most certainly consider....

  • Modifying: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
  • Associating: a different method of payment to your account
  • Enabling: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option
