Return Apple Watch to its Owner
I found an apple watch series 3 at a mall, and want to return it to the owner, but it's locked (of course). Can I return it to an Apple Store, and they can perhaps contact the owner? Does Apple offer this service?
I'm sure, Apple will not accept it nor attempt to find the owner. You should return it to the mall office.
