No update for trial version Logic Pro X 10.5 ?
I have the trial version of Logic but don't see v10.5.1 update.
If it is because I have the trial, ok but can someone verify that?

It is a trial. It is not supported by the Mac App Store update mechanism.
You may look on the same web page you downloaded the trial from and see if you get 10.5.1. I would be surprised.
Unfortunately I cannot test it.
