Do apple just released the new 10.7 update for Logic Pro but we still see that update in the trial. So my question is when does apple update their trial version of these professional apps like Logic Pro.

It doesn't update, it is the 10.6 version and that's it.
Apple people manually update the trial download - but it usually takes some days/weeks when the new Logic version is out, that they still have the old one.

What is your version of OSX?
LPX 10.7 is Big Sur only.
i just cannot man. I tried downloading it again but it doesn’t update to 10.7. The thing we could do is call apple customer service, best is calling them and asking for the Logic Pro team( the people who work on the app and help us with it ) and then they will have to help us. And the last resort is actually buying the 200 dollar app from the max App Store. Also let me know if you find anything
I have a MacBook 12 inch (late 2016), and it is running the latest version 11.6 and I know it supports 10.7 of LPX but the trial version that I downloaded from the apple website is not 10.7 but is stuck at 10.6.3. Do you know how to solve the problem

Not sure how to resolve the issue. Try going to the trial page and download again. To be honest look at all the issues people are posting... you may want to wait.
